These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. I offer classes and private sessions, inspired by  my unique blend of Native American wisdom, healing yoga & untamed movement.

INTRODUCTION TO YOUR POWER

Controlled Concentration: YOU have healing power

This class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Introduction to your power classes attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

HIGH VIBRATION YOGA

Strength & Healing

Sensory deprivation movement to raise your Vibration. Blindfolded Yoga Course helps build a strong relationship with Self as a whole.  This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced.

CONSCIOUS REST

 Restorative Saturdays @ 6:30pm

Restorative yoga is a practice of being, rather than doing, helping to relieve the effects of stress and bring the mind, body and spirit into harmony and balance. Poses are held for longer periods of time, less emphasis on flexibility and more on relaxing. A meditative yoga class with soothing music, essential oils, and props to aid the body in releasing tension. Great for beginners or those who wish to relieve stress from the modern world. This practice helps balance out even the most experienced yogi.  Early sign-up is always encouraged.  (80 minute class)

SACRED FLOW

Spiritual Movement Sundays @ 6:30pm

This soft & slow moving flow will fire up your senses & ignite your inner knowing & truth. A combination of gentle yoga, deep grounded stretching & meditation. Sacred flow focuses on your inner strength through your breath guiding you to find your sacred space, your deepest truest part of you. Essential oils, light massage, & props to aid the body in healing. Bring your BEING into balance with influence from my Ojibwe culture. Great for all levels. Early sign-up is always encouraged.(80 minute class)

Movement and Breath

As a Yoga guide, my main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or something else, I know you’ll benefit from my practice.

Since 2013 I’ve regularly practiced yoga, and having the chance to share all that I’ve learned along the way with students through my practice fills me with joy. Something I know for sure is that everyone could use more yoga in their lives.
